Intermediate computer systems administrator |
Description: The intermediate Network/Computer consultant will be placed into a high paced and sometimes high stress environments. He/She will be responsible for supporting multiple clients and will sometimes have to visit more then 2-3 sites. If you are a motivated well spoken individual who likes a challenge and loves to learn and strive in new environments then this position is for you.
Qualifications:
- 3 to 4 years of industry experience or a technical degree and 2 years working
- Minimum 1 years working industry experience in Linux operating systems administration and linux networking
- Minimum 2 years working industry experience in Windows server operating systems 2000/2003, Exchange, Active directory and sharepoint services.
- Minimum 2 years working industry experience in desktop support for Windows XP, 2000, Outlook, Word, Visio and other desktop applications.
- Working knowledge of networking and routing protocols, specific networking hardware such as Linksys, Cisco, Sonicwall are preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communications are essential for this position
- Good to have skills are: Mac OSX administration
- Full time position, Oncall required, must have a car, cellular phone and computer with high speed internet.
